Delivery charges

Delivery is free within 200 km of our dispatch PIN code. Beyond that radius, delivery costs ₹0.05 per kilometre beyond the first 200 km, rounded to the nearest paise. Distance is the approximate straight-line distance between PIN-code areas, not the courier road route. The delivery charge is shown before payment.

For example, 300 km costs ₹5; 1,000 km costs ₹40. Delivery remains subject to courier serviceability. Full cancellation refunds before dispatch include the original delivery charge. After dispatch, the cancellation and replacement policy applies.

Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. After that, the self-serve window closes. A delivered piece can be replaced, not refunded, and only when that product allows it.

01.24-hour cancellation

You can cancel an order yourself within 24 hours of placing it, before it is shipped, for a 100% refund to the original Razorpay payment method.

Use Cancel on the order in your orders. You must be signed in with the email used at checkout.
After 24 hours the self-serve cancellation window closes. There is no button for a partial refund.

02.Print on demand, and orders that have not shipped

Aurevra prints after the order is placed. Production is not started from stock sitting on a shelf.

After 24 hours, 50% of the amount is locked for printing and related charges.
If the piece has not shipped because of a problem, email [email protected]. The order may be cancelled. That decision is not automatic.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation and a refund may not be available.

03.Replacement within 3 days, not a refund

After delivery you may file a replacement. A replacement is not a refund.

The request must be made within 3 days of delivery. After 3 days the replacement window closes.
The cloth must be unused and unwashed, with tags and the original condition intact.
Not every product can be replaced. Some pieces have no replacement. Check the product page before you buy.
If a parcel arrives damaged, email [email protected] with photos. We will look at a replacement. This is not a promise of a refund.

04.First-order gift and payment

A first paid order includes a small random gift in the parcel. It is not a discount and it is not listed as a separate product.
Payment is prepaid through Razorpay (UPI, cards, or netbanking). Cash on delivery is not accepted. If that changes, the site will say so.
A 100% refund from a cancellation inside 24 hours is sent to the original payment method. UPI and netbanking usually take 2 to 4 business days. Cards usually take 3 to 5 business days, depending on the bank.
