Delivery is free within 200 km of our dispatch PIN code. Beyond that radius, delivery costs ₹0.05 per kilometre beyond the first 200 km, rounded to the nearest paise. Distance is the approximate straight-line distance between PIN-code areas, not the courier road route. The delivery charge is shown before payment.
For example, 300 km costs ₹5; 1,000 km costs ₹40. Delivery remains subject to courier serviceability. Full cancellation refunds before dispatch include the original delivery charge. After dispatch, the cancellation and replacement policy applies.
The website aurevra.co.in is owned and operated by AUREVRA, operating out of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. By accessing our platform, browsing products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to update product offerings, descriptions, and pricing at any time without prior notice.
Payment is prepaid through Razorpay: UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking. Cash on delivery is not accepted. If cash on delivery is offered later, this site will say so. We do not store raw card credentials or UPI PINs.
You may cancel an order yourself within 24 hours of placement, before it ships, for a 100% refund. After 24 hours that window closes. Aurevra is print on demand: after 24 hours, 50% of the amount is locked for printing and related charges. If an unshipped order needs to be stopped because of a problem, email [email protected]. A cancellation from that email is not automatic. A shipped order may not be cancelled or refunded.

The first paid order on an email or phone number includes a small random gift in the parcel. The gift is not a discount, it is not charged, and it is not a specific product you can choose. Later orders do not include it.
All visual design, graphic prints, brand logos, product photography, and text content on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of AUREVRA. Unauthorized commercial reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
